Inspection Process
Greige Fabric
- Check fabric for any defects or flaws such as holes, stains, snags, or inconsistent dyeing.
- Record defects found in a Quality Control Form or report and communicate with the supplier for a resolution.
- Reject any faulty or unsatisfactory fabric, and set aside for return or repair.
Finishing
- Inspect the finished fabric for any defects or flaws such as oil stains, holes, or shrinkage.
- Record any issues found in a Quality Control Form or report.
- Reject any fabric that doesn’t meet the standards, and set aside for re-finishing or return.
Dyeing
- Check the dyed fabric for color consistency, shade matching, and any bleeding or fading issues.
- Record the results in a Quality Control Form or report.
- Confirm and inform customer to carry on dyeing.
- Reject any fabric that doesn’t meet the standards, and set aside for re-dyeing or return.
Packing and shipping
- Check the packed products for any defects or flaws such as incorrect labeling, missing items, or incorrect quantities.
- Record any issues found in a Quality Control Form or report.
- Reject any products that don’t meet the standards, and set aside for re-packing or return.

On site fabric testings
On-site testings is an essential part of ensuring that our textiles and other colored materials maintain their color over time. We perform on site color fastness testing and other physical tests including, fabric weight, fabric width, shrinkage, skewness PH Values, it allows us to test materials quickly and efficiently without having to send them to an external laboratory, which can be time-consuming and ensuring the consistency of the product stability.
